Team Wins the 2010 Baja 500!

Pre-Running the Baja 500

On Friday, May 28, Quinn Cody began pre-running the 438 mile course for the rugged Baja 500 – 2010 desert race. Win at the 2010 AMA District 37

JCR/Honda’s Quinn Cody took the overall win at the 2010 AMA District 37 Hare & Hound season opener in Red Mountain, California on January 10. The course consisted of a technical 37 Mile first loop, followed by a high-speed 35-mile dash to the finish. Riding his Honda CRF450X, his finishing time was slightly over 2 hours. Quinn’s team wins 2009 Baja 1000

This win marks the 13th SCORE Baja 1000 in a row for Honda, the 4th for Kendall Norman, the 2nd for Quinn Cody, the 1st for Timmy Weigand and the 2nd in a row for Johnny Campbell’s newly formed JCR/Honda team. Quinn’s riding the Baja Spain Aragon ‘09

I’m leaving on Monday, July 20th to Spain for the Baja Spain race, three days, July 23-July 26, 1300 +/- Km. I’m riding the Dakar bike It will be my first test on this bike, a rally Honda CRF450X bike built by Team Honda Europe. It’s not necessarily the best bike for this kind of race but it will be a good opportunity for me to get used to the big bike.
